Every crate that leaves has months of somebody’s work inside it, and usually somebody waiting to hear that it arrived. That is the measure we hold ourselves to.
Central was created when the storage, the stock, the drivers and the deliveries began pulling Fabrica away from making. Giving that work its own company let the making return to making, and gave the handling a team whose whole job is to do it well.
A thing that turns up late or damaged has undone the design, the making and the care that came before it, and no saving on the transport is worth that.

(3)The care of things
Central does not compete on price. Our advantage lies in holding the stock, knowing the objects, and the care around them: the delivery, the placing, the collection. International and regional freight goes to specialist carriers by design. Our work is in-country, where knowing what is inside the box changes how it is carried.

Ripple Collective is the anchor client, and Central also works for clients outside the group, which is what keeps its costs honest and its schedules real.
