Abrahamic Family House

Cultural Institution, Abu Dhabi

The Abrahamic Family House in Abu Dhabi brings a mosque, church and synagogue together on a single site, creating a place dedicated to dialogue, understanding and the peaceful coexistence and the practice of faith. Our role was to develop an identity that reflected the significance of this vision without competing with it. Inspired by the architecture, the site’s narrative and Abu Dhabi’s evolving design language, the identity was designed to be timeless, supporting the Abrahamic Family House as both a global symbol of coexistence and a defining cultural destination on Saadiyat Island.

The challenge was to create a visual identity for a place where three faiths would exist side by side, giving the institution a shared presence without diminishing the individuality of each one. At the same time, the identity needed to feel clearly connected to Abu Dhabi.

The Opportunity.

A brand that represents the strength of the Abrahamic Family House in uniting the different faiths while still celebrating and communicating each one individually. A unique identity that is dynamic in how it comes to life and sensitive to the many different moments the brand must answer to.

The Outcome.

As a unique cultural site, the Abrahamic Family House is significant both globally, as a statement of intent, and locally as a key piece of the larger Sadiyaat cultural district. Contributing to the identity and understanding of the project helps build the impact on the residents of Abu Dhabi and all those who visit.
